Our property
Set in the impressive grounds of Grange Farm in rural Lincolnshire Hen Cottage is a one-bedroom self-catering accommodation located approximately 5 miles from the Cathedral city of Lincoln. Situated next to the home of Bransby Horses and 1 mile away from the historic ruins of Barlings Abbey, Hen Cottage is an idyllic countryside retreat offering space and quietness with scenic country walks nearby.
Summer
Vibrant colors and abundant aromas from the orchard makes a stay at Grange Farm a particular joy in the spring and summer months.
Winter
In the winter, after a walk in the crisp fresh air around Barlings wood or along the Viking Way, you may want to curl on the sofa with a cup of tea in front of the fire and watch your favorite show on TV.
Active stay
You can book and use our private tennis court at Grange Farm (sports footware for hard surface required). Or, if you are into more action, Hibaldstow Skydive (18 mi), Cadwell Park Race Circuit (14 mi) or Woodhall Spa Golf Club (11 mi) are all within easy reach from here.
